Application for the refund of my money in relation to the cancellation of my post paid connection no. 9935111638 --0-1690597134-1184266844=:6349 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit In regards to my cancelled phone no. 9935111638 in the name of Mr. Raj Kumar Saini, I want to express my painfull and deep concern over the services of the Airtel. I have been mentally harassed by the services and staff of Airtel(Hazarat ganj branch, Lucknow), as I got a post paid phone connection and paid a total amount of Rs 6105/- vide reciept no. 15845 dt 28.3.07. I had applied for cancellation and refund of my remaining money on 26.4.07 at Airtel lobby hazarat ganj branch Lucknow to Mr. Abhishek (copy attached) and was assured that refund would be made within 30 days.But it was never done. I have made 2 more reminders for the same on dates 23.5.07 and 18.6.07(copies attached) which were recieved by Mr. Rishi Kaul,Airtel lobby hazarat ganj branch Lucknow. Each time he promised me that the refund would be made within 15-20 days.But it was never done. Today I went for the 4th time to your lobby(copy attached), where I was told by Mr Abhishek (counter no.6 , 5:30pm, 12.7.07) that my initial application has not yet been processed. I was again told to wait for another 45 days. I am surprised by the services the company is providing to the customers and senior citizens of the country. I am of age of 65 yrs and has retired from Class - I Government officer after serving the Indain Govt for about 32 yrs but has never faced such a harrasing situation in my whole life. More than 75 days have passed but till date no action has been taken.I am writing this mail in anticipation of getting written concrete answers to my following queries on time otherwise I will be bound to lodge a complaint with CONSUMER COURT and will publish about the sevices Airtel in the MEDIA-
