America's Best in Rockville

I went to America's best to save some money, but the money that you saved wasn't enough for the stress that I have been through. Customer service was terrible... they ignore people. I was a new patient, when I got there I did not know what to do. Nobody was in the front desk to give me the paperworks to be filled out. I was standing there.. together with two elderly waiting for someone to help us for half an hour. The technician was rude. She just started testing your eye without telling you what she was gonna do. I couldn't wait to get out there after the test.

I called the office again after 2 weeks to check if my glasses arrived. They put me on hold for over 30 mins. and I just hanged up because nobody picked up the phone. Too much stress--- I am not calling anymore, I'm just gonna wait for them to call me. I'll deal with myself without the glasses.

I email the president but I did not hear back from him. I
