This operation is just small time and not capable of handling financial

issues in a competent fashion. They use a lock box for checks (can not

handle electronic funds transfer) . I had them on a scheduled auto pay with

my bank but Unicorn has had issues processing or acknowledging receipt of

the computer generated check. They are the only merchant that has this

issue and I have made well have 1000 payments through the bank on line

system. The bank keeps pristine records but this company does not. I

cleared up one issue of a lost check only to have it come up again. I

closed the account but they will not refund a late charge due to their

error. It is a small amount but leaves a bad taste as respects their

integrity and the judgement of physicians using them for interest free

financing. I say to consumers stay away and to health care providers use

another of the many firms offering this type of financing.
