I work from home. I have consistently upgraded services and paid increasing

amounts for ever-declining service. I have been without internet for a week,

and this is not the first time. It took five days-- during which time I lost

two clients due to lack of internet-- to get a repair guy here. He "fixed" it

and it went out ten minutes after he left. I called AGAIN. I have spent

countless hours on the $$#$!!! phone system being transferred and put on hold and

disconnected, here and for FIVE MONTHS in my country home. This time they

promised to have someone call and send a suprvisor over today. No call. No

repair person.

 

This is a scandal. No one at Time Warner knows what the hell they are doing

or what's going on. It means nothing to get reimbursed a few bucks for the

days you go without if it is ruining your business. What IS their business after

all? If they can't provide the service than they should not pretend they can.

 

I am so angry I will cancel my cable to because I don't want them to have

ANY of my business. Verizon is next. Everyone who has it has NEVER had a

connection problem.
