(India) Limited and posted at Faridabad supplying natural gas to M/s

NTPC, Faridabad to generate electricity (432 MW), life line of India

How critical the job we are handling here may be realized in the above

lines. Also, it is rare to keep and maintain a second set just as a

stand by because the probability and frequency of faults are not more

than once in a year.

Matter of concern:


This is an acerbate case of height of apathy towards the complaint

doers that unearths the fact of true face of Nokia's delusive marketing

strategy. It puts a big question mark upon the well boasted After "Sales

Service management" of Nokia. This shows the grim and grimmer lack of

planning of the think tanks of the company that may lead to slow down

the pace of growth of the company or in the worst case may demolish the

view point of Indian customers. In that case, it would, almost, be

impossible to regain that momentum.

Margin period=3D One month! What =

does

it indicate? What could have been the logic behind fixing this much

time? Is it relevant? Can any user afford this much time without on

line? Or it is taken as granted that every user has got one set at stand

by mode? Is it consumer oriented time frame for repairing or any hidden

strategy or just apathy and ignorance? Or what it is?
