Whirlpool Refrigerator complaint Deonar, Chembur Whirlpool Refrigerator We purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator Model Iceberg Classic 310 Litres from Vijay Sales, Chembur, Mumbai, India on 27th June 2007. The machine first brought had a damaged handle and was replaced the following day. After one day the main fridge stopped cooling and all our food was spoilt. A technician visited on 01 July 2007 and took a replacement order. We have been in constant touch with Whirlpool's Service Centre and they sent another representative after two days but the refrigerator is yet to be replaced after more than 10 days. Full payment was made. Each time we are told that there is no stock presently and that the fridge will be replaced in two or three days! Each person spoken to in the Sevice Centre says this is the first time we have spoken with them or else they would have given us the right contact number. It goes on! Please let me know how I can obtain a satisfactory working fridge from Whirlpool, India at the earliest. George John Deonar. Mumbai 400 088.
