My letter to them:

I was extremely unhappy with the poor treatment that I received from you dealership. The actions of your dealership reflect poor customer service, including false advertising, lying, and intentionally misleading the customer.

I saw an advertisement on your website for a Honda Accord Ex-V6 2004, stock #105567A, with 31,551 miles advertised for $16,897. I called and was told the car was still available. I came with my wife and test-drove the car with your sales rep, Roger Shoemaker, on June 16. I liked the car. After some discussion, I agreed to purchase the car for the stated price, provided that the dealership would replace the front tires to pass state inspection. In addition, Kevin Drost, the Sales Manager, agreed to fix the front rims, both of which had scuff marks on them, provided the maintenance was not
