Price Chopper Berkshire Crossing, Pittsfield, Ma

I shop at the Price Chopper at Berkshire Crossings in Pittsfield, Ma. I will never shop there again the week before and the week of Christmas. What's with not enough cashiers and packers??? There is usually plenty any other time. I waited exactly 23 minutes to get waited on and then to save time packed my own groceries. I am better off going to Price Rite!I love the staff at the PC but can't stand the long line and waiting. I had forgotten two items so I stopped at Stop and Shop later, lo and behold the store was packed but every reigster was open and they all had packers. I guess you know where I'll shop from now onl. I will miss the wonderful staff but I gotta do what I gotta do. Mary Ricchi
