Vonage Internet Phone Service VOIP
|
Vonage Internet Phone Service VOIP Since October 17th, 2005, I had transferred my home phone number 7184288331 to Vonage Internet phone service from AT&T, until recently I switched to Verizon because I had been experiencing connection problem with Vonage, and Vonage could not transfer our phone service back to AT&T. However, I stopped vonage service after I transferred to Verizon phone service. While in using of the Vonage phone service, I had still been receiving bills from AT&T. Now that our phone number 7184288331 has transferred to Verizon, we are still receiving bills from AT&T. I had mentioned this to Vonage, they could not get an idea why this was happening to me. They said it’s “unusual”?? After I mentioned my problem with Vonage, Vonage even assigned me a new account because they could not transfer our phone service back to AT&T. So then I chose to stop Vonage service and transfer to Verizon. This is against their (Vonage) advertisement that it's 30-day money back guarantee. (what's the purpose of having a money back if they cannot bring our phone service back???!!!) This is a false advertisement.
I had no way to file a complaint and even to dispute the charges. I will not pay any dollar to AT&T, and I know even if I tell Vonage about this, they will not pay for anything either. What can I do?
My AT&T Customer ID# 7184288331
My Vonage acct#1003373178, and 1004851217.
I’m filling this in regards of Chen Lin, my father.
