To Whom it may concern I am a consumer who is at her last ends of the rope. For christmas my husband purchased a 4gb Pink Ipod Nano through Circuit City .com with a bunch of accessories to go with it. The purchased came to almost $500.00. When we received the order they sent me a 2gb silver Ipod Nano which was wrong. We purchased and paid for a 4 gb Pink Ipod which was $189.00 the silver Ipod Nano is $149.00. So upon receiving the merchandise we called their 800 number and was told we could exchange it at a circuit city. We tried and we were denied because the receipt said one thing and the merchandise was something else as well as of less value. I have been dealing with their corporate office which has been horrible. I had to go purchase a pink Ipod all over again at my own expense and was told that I would be refunded back my money for the incorrect Ipod. Its now a month later and Im still waiting for someone to call me regarding a pick up of the mercahndise so that I may be refunded. I have asked them a million time alewady to give me the information over the phone on how to send back the merchandise so that I may be refunded and I keep getting a different story all the time. I was told I have to wiat for a rep to contact me but it has been a month already and they keep telling me the same thing. i questioned as to when will someone contact me and I was told I will just have to wait until someone does. I call their line everyday andalways on hold for hours they bump my call all over the place and I am always told the same thing. that I have to wait for someone to contact me. I even have a claim# IM495676. Every time I call its just the same thing. They took my money sent me a item of less value then I paid for and now no one seems to want to resolve the issue. I need my money back and their corporate office just keeps telling me someone will contact me. Please help me I dont know what else to do. Im sick to my stomach of dealing with them. I dont know what I should do next. All I know is I have a merchandise that no one will pick up and give me back my money oir that I can exchange somewhere. Please tell me what to do. I want the world to know how unprofessional they are and how awful their constumer service is. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with and they do not care about their constomers.
