Amana Maytag now whirlpool

hi ;here I am back again to tell that whirlpool has changed the call in for

Amana to Texas but the scheduling is the same old crap.spent yesterday after

two weeks to get an appointment to have the repairman not only not show but

the scheduling dept didn't return any of my three requests to confirm or to

at least say when the repair person would show.they did a repair job on 22

of dec.said it was fixed and guess what;woke up on the 23 dec to a defrosted

mess.when I called I was told they couldn't help me until jan 08 /07.that

was yesterday and they were a no show.so I am going to look at a GE TO

REPLACE THEM WITH.BETTER TO BUY CHEAP AND THROW AWAY.MAYBE WHEN THE REPAIR

AND SCHEDULING DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WORK TO KEEP THEM BUSY THEY WILL BECOME

PROFESSIOALS AGAIN.OH AND ALSO MY WASHER REPAIR GUY ALSO MAYTAG TOLD ME TO

STOP WASHING MY PILLOWS IF I didn't want to lose them to a torn washer

gasget.it seems my loss of a 30.00 pillow is my fault not their products for

falling apart.my fault because someone in my household sweats and the pillow

has to washed.good luck to anyone dealing with A&e factory service.
