Orderd by phone some dance videos to get in shape and lose weight.

When they arrived I had changed my mind about purchasing them. I did

not open the package

I wrote on the package RETURN TO SENDER, REFUND REQUESTED, REFUSED.

I have not been refunded the 89.95 which I paid over the phone by

my Chase credit card. The reference # is #554602962321380185sssssss
