CA antivirus

About a year ago, I downloaded EZ antivirus from Download.com. A few months ago, I upgraded it to CA 2007. But when I want to uninstall it, I couldn't. So I emailed CA customer support at CA.com I was told to delete the CA folder in the C drive, and remove it from the Control Panel, which is what I did, but couldn't delete it, because the access was denied. I emailed CA customer support again on 12/29/06 and on 1/2/07, I sent an email to another address that was given to me by CA customer support but got no answer. I wonder if it is a real address?

Now, everytime I turn on the computer, there is a window to remind me to renew my subscription, and everytime I surf the web, I am interrupted by another windows reminding me to renew.

I don't want to cause any problem, I just want to be able to remove that program, so I won't be annoyed by those windows anymore.
