Bob Greene's new book.

The site offers a 10 day free trial. You can cancel within the first

ten days.

The problem is that one has to call a toll free number to cancel.

After about 60 seconds of recorded messages, that number hangs up.

It advises to call back between 10 am and 4m Eastern time. It is

within those times right now. And it is still hanging up.

When I went on the site's message boards to complain and warn others,

I found two other people who had also posted about being unable to

cancel.
