2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Stow and Go

2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Stow and Go My complaint is as follows: I purchased a new white Dodge Grand Caravan in 2005. The paint on the door handles (sides and hatch), front and rear bumper and the "door guard" strip on the sides do not match the body paint. While both are white, they are most definitely a different white. I have noticed other colors of the same model of van that I have and all matches. I have written letters to the Chrysler/Dodge people and have received no satisfaction. I have tried to meet with representatives of this firm and have been ignored. All I want is for the paints to match. The "cream" white of the handles, bumpers and strips just does not match the "white" white of the body. Is it too much to ask? If the car was in an accident and you put it in a body shop to be repaired and it came out with the paint not matching, you would be upset. I purchased a new vehicle and the paint doesn't match. Where do I go from here? Willis J. Taggart From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 08-Jan-07 04:17:38 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
