i am still waiting for a refund of 200.00

due to the failure of the staff to fulfill

a contract of installing shutters .. they

make appointments and never show up or

to telephone and if one complains they

steer calls to different men who all say

they are management and even transferred

one of my calls out to Calif. ... they all have

said the check is in the mail since August

2006..what recourse do i have other than

to sue...please do not use this outfit as

they have 3 different shell addresses,

people who do not speak English and

converse and are argumentive in their own

tongue of which they refuse to say what

country they are from.
