AOL I have had AOL for 6 or 7 years and have never had satisfaction for their service. Now I' m a great grandmother and a novice and I know I need a lot of help but I keep having problems every time AOL does an update or changes the system, I spend hours online with the tech support and as yet not had the problem solved till I go to someone else. With AOL's new format, I can't even locate a place where I can send a complaint to them!. I'm asked to take a survey for satisfaction but when I try they tell me their quota for my age group is all filled up. I know they really don't care about us senior citizens but the fact is we can still pay our own way and most often even pay for others. I'm sick and tired of them and if I can find someone to help me get off what I need and recommend a good ISP I'm ready to do it!.
