In August 2006 i ordered a set of shutters and failed attempts on their part

to measure the kitchen window caused me to finally say in Oct. 2006 to

please refund my deposit...All my attempts to give them every opportunity

to make their visit failed because the representative would not keep the

appointments they themselves said would be favorable to them nor would

they bother to telephone that they were not coming...everytime i telephoned

my calls would be placed on hold and then a person who could bearly speak

English would tell me that the check is in the mail; all who answered at

different dates would say they were the manager and that the check is either

coming, or the accountant is not in or that in fact it was mailed but they could

not tell me the check no. or date it was sent out...please do not use this

outifit and i was fooled because they have an ad in the yellow pages and say

they are listed with the Better Business Bureau...i truly believe they bought

this company when it was legitimate and are now running it unscrupulously

..they also have conversed in their own language and will not say what country

they are from...you see i had blinds installed by them first and all was fine

and so i asked for a rep to talk to me about the shutters of w hich i mistakenly

gave in good faith 200.00...of which i am sure i will never see again this deposit.
