Wal-Mart of Winchester VA 22601 Pleasant Valley Road

I often go to websites such as coupons.com, coolsavings.com etc...

I've had no problems presenting these coupons at this Wal-Mart until about a month ago. This store now refuses to accept these coupons. At first, the Customer Service Representative said that the upc code wasn't on the front of the coupon making it difficult for the person doing their deposit. I pointed out that the upc code was on the front of the coupon. I don't understand this policy in our internet savy world.

I wonder if this is really a policy?
