USPS service

I mailed a package early morning Dec. 15th to the UK at the Warren PA. Post Office Priority Mail for $81.+ They estimated 2-3 postal business days. That should include Saturday too.

It's over 3 weeks late!

The person I sent it to (it was a Christmas gift) left that address yesterday so the $81.+ pkg. is going to be in the wrong place when and if it does arrive. I consider this the Postal system's fault.

Giving them the benefit of doubt not counting Saturday the 16th it has been 18 days the recipient had for it to reach her.

I feel as if they should be liable to get the pkg. to the recipient and pay me back my $81.+

besides that, it was time-sensitive since it was filled with Christmas gifts so the surprises are ruined!
