Love.org

I have a profile on love.org... I want to take it down, but now when I log in it says that I have been revoked... I've sent NUMEROUS messages to the site to either let me in or delete my profile... it's been two weeks... no responses... I just want off their site... How do I contact them other than their "feedback" button...
