Lateral Health Thigh Trainer by Brenda Dygrafs: Customer Service I have sent a complaint before, but still have not heard from them. Here is another recap of my order# 21505-2006-35121-073:
I have a situation that I can't believe is still an ongoing problem. In late August 2006 I ordered a Lateral Health Thigh Trainer. Brenda Dygrafs is the trainer that endorses this exercise machine. My order came and the package was very torn up upon arrival. When I opened it there was damage to the equipment. I called right away and supposedly talked with a supervisor and she said she would mail a call tag for the package so it could be returned. Nothing came in the mail. I emailed Email User several times and they would email an attachment that contained the call tag to print out. I never could get the attachment to open. I called and talked with Eric on 10-6-06 at the customer service phone # (973)287-5153. He said he would mail a call tag label. I didn't receive it. On 10-20-06 8:05 am (Pacific Time) I called and talked with Itisha. She said she will send out a new lateral thigh trainer while I was waiting for the call tag, that she was going to mail. On 10-27-06 I called again and talked with Jessica L. She found Itisha's notes in their system of her talking with me on the phone. She also told me that a replacement order would be shipped and that she would call me at work by 10-30-06 and let me know the status of the new order (I don't recall, however, that she ever called me). I requested to have available to me the new tracking info for the replacement when they shipped it to me. 11-4-06: I called and was hung up on by Ninya after asking her name. I called again and talk with Diana S. She put me on hold to actually get a call tag in hand as I was on the phone with her. She said she would personally mail it on 10-6-06 and would refund the extra rush shipping costs I paid of $9.95. She stated the credit would show up on my credit card that was used to purchase the item. After about a week to 10 days I received the call tag in the mail. I postal worker picked up the well taped boxed from the location of my workplace. This was around the first week in December 2006. I have emailed them again, but no answer. Well here I am 1-6-07, after paying $160+ and no Lateral Thigh Trainer; no contact from the company, no refund of any sort...nothing. How is that for a place of business to treat a consumer? I wish I could personally talk with Brenda Dygrafs or contact her personally, someway, so she could know exactly how all the affiliates have been to me. I sent an email to www.livecommercial.com, only to receive this response:
We are only the marketing company for this website. And are not responsible for the billing and shipping of the customer.
