Consumer Complaint Hello, I have a complaint on this company: Fantasy Styles 18 Perimeter Park Drive, Suite 100 Atlanta, Georgia 30341 I placed an order but had to cancel the next day. I actually placed several calls on their telephones and several e-mails stating I wanted to cancel my order. No responses ever, except for an automated one two weeks later [same day shipping? what a joke!] saying that my package was shipped. I'm not doing business with them any longer. Don't know what kind of people work there, but I'm not accepting the shipment if it ever comes, and I'm not giving them my money. It seems the only way to get their attention is complaining on other sites than their own DIRECT e-mail or phones. I ordered a pair of shoes and paid the 28 dollars in extra shipping charges so that I could have the order at my house 2 days later... still no shoes!!! I still haven't heard back from the company. What shocked me was that when I was shopping for shoes, it was the #2 hit on Google for what I was looking for! How does that happen? Any way, I'll never order from there again and I strongly discourage anyone else to do so, they are a fraudulent company! The only thing I have received from the company was an order process confirmation... the website say the order is still pending! They don't have a valid phone number, fax number, and I bet the address doesn't even exist! What a freaking joke! I'm pissed! I tried calling 3 different numbers and they were all disconnected. I really needed my shoes for my final fitting for my wedding dress. Im not really sure what to do. Ive emailed "the owner" a couple different times and I havent recived a response. Im extreamly dissatisfied! Any wise words on what to do about this mess? I know I will NEVER order from them again!
