harrasing phone calls by Northland Group

Nothland Group - Collection Agency

This company has been harassing me with phone calls two or more times

every day for the last two weeks. Some how they got my phone # for

someone else. They keep calling me looking for this person, even though

they have been told repeatedly that that person is not here and has not

been here. I have even told them to stop calling, and am refusing to

take their calls. They are just calling more and more frquently. I am

filing complaints with the better business bureau, Consumer Protection

Agency for Montana and Minnesota, where they are based out of. If there

is some legal action I can take aqainst them, I will gladly do so. I

donot have money for any lawyer fees.

My wife and I are disabled and this company (Northland Group) calls daily with threats of 25% bank withdraw or lein on the house.

Karen co-signed for her son Stuart in 1991 at ITT Tech. She is now disabled and cannot get around at all and she is scared to death of this.
