Wicks Furniture/Stain Safe

When I purchased my sofa, chair, love seat from Wicks, I also purchased the fabric protection plan that was suppose to cover every possible thing that could happen. My sofa developed a tear one year after purchase. The claim was denied because it was at a seam. The packet I recieved with the protection says nothing about seams.....nothing. We have tried to dispute Wicks finding several times. We have talked to store managers time and time again. We have contacted the company and always get someone that will get fired or a thousand volts put to their chair if they ever agreed with a customer. This has been going on for two years. Read the fine print. If you want to go legal, your going to have to find an attorney on the east coast who will take it to arbitration. Should anyone wish to start a class action or consumer fraud, count me in. In fact I will pay more than I paid for the set, just because of the way we have been treated. I have verified that this happens with almost all major claims. This is strictly about adding profit for Wicks bottom line.
