Up until September 2006, the bill was charged to my VISA card. I didn't realize that the charge was no longer being made. I did not receive a bill nor was I notified by Nextel that they were not able to collect. I haven't used this cell phone for months. The cell phone number is 815-719-0440. I mailed a check to RMS the next day after receipt of the letter and it cleared my bank on 2 Jan. I tried to have service disconnected by Nextel yesterday and was told that my account was suspended and they could not act on my request. Please notify the appropriate office at Nextel as soon as possible. I certainly do not want to receive another bill nor do I want my credit record blemished in any way. Please let me know so that I can call them again. Thank you, Clara L.
