CIC Credit Monitoring

I missed noting that his was a recurring item on a credit card and today I called to cancel this service. I do not even know how I ended up with them. In going online, the closest thing is credit.com and I am not sure if this is the same group. Looks good, but is a complete ripoff since you cannot get any information from them. The phone number *800-220-2626 is answered, but the person answering is just that, a person answering the phone. They 'cancel' your account but state that you still have time to access them online. Right! They need to be looked into.
