Sony mp3 player complain

I am a student in Athens (Greece) and a week after I bought my Sony mp3 player NW-S205F/B there was a sound problem.

I contacted Sony agent in Athens asking for a replacement of the mp3 player as it was clearly stated on the products manual.

They asked me to take the device to a Sony service and if there was a need for replacement they would see to it. At Sony service I was told that in four days it would be ready and they would contact me. Instead nobody ever contacted me and the device was ready two weeks later.

A day after I took hold of the mp3 player I noticed that it was very badly treated and had several scratches on it but the most shocking was the screen of the device which was violated in such a way that half of it was detouched. The past two weeks I am trying to contact Sony but the operator puts me on hold and nobody peaks up the phone in order to attend my telephone call.

 

Please let me know what to do in order to solve the above mentioned problem.
