Maytag Neptune TL Toploader

Maytag Neptune TL Toploader I bought a Maytag Neptune TL last year and cannot list how any things are wrong with it. 1.It only uses a gallon of water, even though it is large capacity. 2.You cannot open the lid to watch the close or add more without putting it on "pause" and standing their till it unlocks. 3.It goes around and around + there is two round things on the side that goes every which way. It tears the clothes up. 4. Their "Soak" cycle is nothing but running the washer and stopping it with the clothes full of water. 5. NEVER are your clothes completely under water. 6. It spins so fast your clothes bleed onto each other and they are so tangled, you never get the wrinkles out. 7. My clothes never came clean. The repairman blamed everything of the fabric softener. 8. I went all the way to the top of the company and they didn't care about anything I said. I finally traded down for a whirlpool that is great. I don't even know how old it is. I love it!! NEVER BUY THE NEW FANCY MACHINES THAT ARE ENERGY SAVING....YOU WILL BE SORRY. Patty __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! I have had the same problems with mine, but my clothes were held hostage by the machine even after unplugging it. Crazy me for ever buying it in the first place. Never again and I mean NEVER again.
