Kazaa Gold

I recieved a new ipod nano for christmas so I signed up for Kazaa Gold because it said the you could download music to your ipod for a lifetime membership fee of $35. I did so and everytime I try to download music to my ipod, my computer crashes!! I would like my money back but I have no way of getting in touch with them.
