Home Depot Online refund department I returned a product that I bought online at homedepot.com, the item was picked up via UPS from my house on 11/2/2006 and signed for at the Home Depot return center on 11/9/06. On their website it states that "We administer return credits within 48 hours after the product is received in our return center." After 5 calls to the customer service department as well as the customer complaint center and being told one of 2 things (you should see a refund in the next 7 days) or (sorry, there is nothing I can do to help you) I have yet to see a refund to my account.
