consumer complaint against: HUTCHISON ESSAR LTD, MUMBAI

To start with let me tell you that I have just recd my latest Hutch bill.

I have been receiving such OVER SIZED bills since Oct 2006 when I signed up for Hutch's POSTPAID service.

I constantly receive an amount of about 600 INR when my calls made are barely just 4-5 / MONTH. I silently paid the amount for 3 months but this is getting on my nerves.

HUTCH is charging me 199 INR / MONTH for something called HUTCH ACCESS when I don't even know what that means and something called MSN Download Charges came in this month. This is really pathetic and I wish to teach HUTCH a serious lesson since I have been cheated and duped by them before when I was an NRI.

Even though I have management level contacts in Hutch House, Mumbai these guys harass their customers like this.

I need to get a response from HUTCHISON ESSAR , asap or I shall pursue this in the Consumer Forum Court.

If someone else also has a similar billing problem, please let me know so we can approach Consumer Forum together and show our force against these people.
