We hope you can help us rectify an unfair situation.

We’ve (My wife and I ) been stopping at the same service station and food mart situated at 316 US Rt.2,Alburg Vt,05440 for more than 20 years. It sells Citco gas.

About a year and a half ago, my wife asked to use the restroom and was told that it was out of service but they had a “Chemical Out house” outside in the back. At that time, it wasn’t so cold, and she went there without even thinking twice about it.

Since then, we’ve stopped there many of times for gas (almost every 3 to 4 weeks), and it happened once our twice, that the wife or me, had to use the rest room. Again we where told that the service room was out of service. So we used the “Chemical out house
