Subject: Maytag Washer purchased at Lowes in Naples, Florida.

(my original message to Maytag is written at the bottom of this page.)

I contacted Maytag and all they would do is tell me that I needed to clean it!

The only way I can wash cloths so they don’t smell like mold is if I pre-bleach the washer before every use! How ridiculous is that!!!!!! This was an expensive washer; you buy what they portray as being the best so you expect QUALITY, NOT something that makes your life more difficult and miserable!!
