Dominoes, in radcliff,ky

A week ago, I went into dominoes to order a pizza 25-30$ worth, I tried

to pay with a 50 but they turn me away saying that they don't have

change.

Today I order a pizza to be delivered they told me 45 min, an hour and

thirty min later I had to call and cancel to go back to work. When I did

they put me on hold for 10 min, then I called back, and spoke with the

manager who was a little rude.

I would like to call the HQ, but can't find a number.
