DVD in Car Player I am writing this letter today as a complaint for the lack of service I have received through your representative being Aaron, of Impro Limited.
I purchased a DVD in Car Player system through Impro Limited, last year through Trade Me. However, only 2-3 weeks after I had the system installed was I then faced with the problem of the DVD player not ejecting the CD. I then contacted Aaron of Impro, to which we then made arrangements for the Player to be returned to him for any necessary repairs.
This occurred maybe early December 2006, then through persistent calling on my behalf, I was then advised by Aaron that the player was faulty, and that he would either have it repaired or replaced. However that it was the fault of the manufacturers, which were a Japanese based organisation.
My next obvious question was how long was the going to take, to which Aaron gave me the verbal assurance that I should see the new and improved system (for my troubles) early within the New Year of 2007.
Well we are now into February 2007 and I still have heard nothing from Aaron or Impro Limited (whom I suspect Aaron is the Owner/Operator of anyway).
Now I am getting concerned, I have paid out at least $800.00 to date, Aaron does not return any of my calls, to which I have placed a vigil of contacting him on a regular basis, to find that my calls and demands are still un-resolved.
Therefore, I am writing this letter as the beginning of building written documentation as I fear that I will become a victim of a 'Rip-Off Scam'. I feel that my worries would probably be lessened should I at least receive a reply from Aaron and Impro Limited, however no news leads me to believe that my fears maybe realised.
I will be using this email and any other documentation as my evidence, to which what I hope will not eventuate, but a Small Claims Disputes Court Proceeding.
