Half a year ago(august,2006), I bring my new white leather jacket(Andrew

Marc) to clean cuffs and collar. To the end of month, when I came to pick up

it, I didn't recognized my jacket( I am not sure, if it is the same thing):

looks very old, different colour (dirty beige), with yellow stripes all

over, long-winded leather, like somebody was use an iron (my jacket had

"wrinkle" white leather).When I said it is not my jacket, the owner

said:"This jacket was many times in Cleaners already,that is why looks old."

I said, that my was new and white and I can demonstrate it, because they

still in presence in store".He said:"All Americans (I am Russian) knows,

that after cleaning white leather never stay the same colour".Then, he ask

me to comeback in one month,he will try to clean it again. After second

cleaning it was even worse.He said, he is going to send jacket to

laboratory, to prove that it is the same leather after cleaning, what it was

in store.I have being in store many times, the owner never done anything.He

said, laboratory refuse my jacket.He don't want to give me the phone# to

call myself to laboratory.So, my jacket still in Crystal Cleaners! I am so

upset!!! I feel so helpless, deceived and discriminated!!!! Please,

somebody, help me!! Thank you!
