Respected sir,

My loan account is LAN:RNA000046116. i had taken a loan for two wheeler.The loan amount was Rs.18,170.The tenure was for 12 months the rate of interest was 0%. EMI CALCULATED WAS Rs.1514. sir my loan had started in the month of November 2005 and got over in the year August 2006 after paying all my dues and getting all my instalments cleared.the ge people are not ready to give me back my papers and aNOC for the same.they on the top are asking me to takae a more loan of Rs.18900 a pre sanctioned loan in my account because i had paid all ythe cheques properly.i as a consumer would like to know where should i go for getting my papers and why is there a delay occuring in submitting the papers when my account is all cleared
