Yet another NCO Financial complaint.

Yet another NCO Financial complaint. First of all, I learned about the company name not from their AUTOMATED messages that they're leaving on my CELL PHONE's voice mail but from searching the Internet for their callback numbers. They use (800) 709-8625 and (800) 413-0134, and on the two messages where they said that whom they're looking for, it's not my name nor ethnicity they're looking for. As my cell phone's number is also on the national "do not call" list, I have reported every one of their harassing calls to the Federal Trade Commission (let alone the fact that telemarketers are not supposed to be calling cell phones in the first place). [Since I am not the person they are seeking, the "debt collection" exemption doesn't apply to these calls.] I note that the other complaints posted here seem to be from 2004. This message is as of January 3, 2007. However, this time, they've messed with the wrong person; as a fromer federal agent, I know how to mess with them back. When I called up the original company with whom he had the debt, they said the SS# was different from the one quoted( Which was in fact my son's SS#) so how the hell did they get my SS# and with what authorization? I want to know if I could sue these bums and teach them a lesson, not only that but they are known by many other names, obviously a fly by night company, and they are not listed with the BBB, but have a file on all the complaints and lawsuits they have had. Directv should be ashamed of using a company of this calibre and one which stoops so low to use the methods they do.
