I have been trying to contact this agency on there #800 provided on the billing statement for a little over an hour it is a joke.

I am trying to contact them about an error on my statement. I don’t want to write a letter (funny I am writing one any way).

I am almost finish paying this bill and what it done for. I don’t need extra charges. I need to speak with or have someone e-mail me back!.
