Bigfoot Communications

I have been trying for over a week to terminate my Bigfoot account. They forward my e-mails to any e-mail account I request of them. I have use this company for a few years but now want to end my account with them. I have sent them many e-mails and tried to telephone them and get not response from anyone in the company. I have seen other people write you about this company but I seem to run into a brick wall trying to end my account with them.
