complaint for non activation of new pre paid connection

sir,

I bought one prepaid card from vasai dealer M/s Wonder Plaza 5 &11 kargil vijay apt., stella Vasai (w) 9890087861on 09 january 2007 Mobile no : 9833 783 974 SIM NO : 8991200013731218205 and i produce all the document to the dealer but i didn't get the active till date i enquired every day to the dealer but he didn't give any response, he tole me that he is bought from M/s Bhavya marketing sector 1 n0- b- 46/0041 santhi nagar, mira road (e) Ph: 28129900 / 28120673 i telephoned them also but they were not given proper reply. He told me to contact customer care when i contact customer care they said the document not yet recieved that is pending, afterwards i contact again dealer he told they were already submit to hutch office. My question is where is the document ?. I heard your advertising "where ever we go the connection will follows" I am fed up with this connection i lost my career opportunity abroad. I want to cancel my connection and i want to get back my produced documents, otherwise activate my connection. plz do the needfull.
