failure on your(Netzero's) part to properly charge my credit card acct.+ other concerns

Imagine my surprise lat evening 1/25/07 when I was informed thru a message

you sent that my acct. hadn't been paid for & you were threating to

disconnect my service. Sice you have automatically been charging my credit

card each month for the past two years, I was surprised. Having checked my

last two stataements I found that you had not charged me as as agreed. So

therefore, I don't see thata it is my fault, but yours

About last July, o6, I upgraded my service for faster usage, however,

nothing happened. It's still SLOW. The past week I have not been able to

open any of the surveys I noormally receive or My Points . Kindly correct

your accounting efforts to return to monthly charges as was agreed upon

beofre. I don't want to have to change carriers, but..also what is the

solution to the not being able to open some E-Mails?

I await your timely response to these problems.

Any responsible person knows that if you notice they aren't billing you, that doesn't mean the bill doesn't exist, come on now, be an adult. Pay your dam bills like your supposed to and you won't get disconnected. As for your email, I highly doubt the speed of your access has anything to do with not being able to open them. Maybe its time to have your computer checked out, whiner.
