i purchases this motorola 139c tracfone fom tracfone prepaid wireless i call tracfone because i had no service from this area. i called to have first fone activated and asked for nokia 2285 because my husband has it and has service but when replacement came it was still this motorola 139c i have no service i called the representative said go outside and walk around to see if i could get service still no service then he asks for physical address i tell him zip code 13849 but first i told him 13809 he said 13849 has hardly any service he told me this is my 2nokia's and 2 motorola's the fellow put me on hold and lost me hasn't returned my call and he also said i would receive free complimentary mins.

My tracfone is charged, but will not let me in. It keeps shutting down and I need to make a call. Could it be that the battery needs to be replaced?
