When subscribing to QPB I requested no return cards like my previouc account

last Friday I received a shipment which I'm not accepting and am returning un opened.....\as I cant contact you so you get in touch with me. ................ Just received a renewal card for my present account #688711592FP (No return card) What the H--- is going on down there ????? Paul Bahr
