RE: Walgreens Pharmacy I have some serious issues with the service of the Pharmacy staff at: Walgreens Store # 03788 14510 Aurora Ave n Shoreline, WA 98133 206-361-8826 Apparently they think they have the right to regulate any orders and prescriptions between me and my doctors. I go to two doctors who work closely together because I have an immune disorder, migraines and high blood pressure. Walgreen staff at the above store has done the following: 1. Pharmacist said “You’re doctor is giving you way too many drugs, this is more than you should have”. 2. Pharmacist said “It is my job to regulate what you take”. 3. Would not fill prescriptions my doctor had faxed in without me threatening to take him to the Insurance Commissioner. 4. Did not have an urgent prescription I watched my doctor fax to them ready two hours later. Said they had not received it. I said “Bulls**t!” and to check their faxes. They said they checked them every 20 minutes and refused to do anything else until I refused to move from the drive through. The order had been sitting on their machine for TWO HOURS when they finally checked. 5. Would not put an order in for a refill two days before it was empty because they said “It was way too early” even though it takes them two days to do it. Finally conceded when I threatened to turn them into the Insurance Commissioner. 6. Consistently does not have the prescription ready when they say they will. Either tells me they have to order it when I arrive to pick it up or tells me I will have to drive back later. When I ask for a specific time and return then they are still not ready. They tell me again I will have to come back later and when I say I will wait they say you cannot block the drive through. This is for a prescription that I have refilled EVERY MONTH so there should be a supply on hand. 7. Pharmacist said “You always fill your prescriptions a day or two before they are empty, you must have bottles and bottles of pills lying around. Where are they?”. I always send my refills in a day or so early because they are NEVER ready on time. 8. They changed the dosage on my blood pressure pills to twice the amount without notifying me. Please post these to your website. I am also following up with State agencies to see what I can do about their poor practices.
