Do not call registry

>From where I am sitting, the do not call registry does not work. Or these telemarketers are finding ways to get around the regulations.

I run a small business and we get tons of calls from people trying to sell us things we might use in our shop. (office supplies etc) That I can handle. The ones I can not deal with and I wish there was a way to find out who these people are and could turn them in, are the calls that come up on the caller ID as Out of area and all zero's where the number should be. When I answer the phone, there is a non english speaking person slaughtering my name on the other end. I refuse to talk to them. So how is it, they can call and get away with it. I register my number about once a month. The registry states that I should be good for 5 years. More like 5 minutes. The calls will drop off for a few days after I register it, but then it's business as usual after a few days. The number they are calling from is an out bound line. You can not call them back or *69 and get the number. So who are these people, why don't they have to abide by the rules and equal oportunity employer or not,........speak English!!!!!
