Auto Loan

I have an auto loan with you which I recently did a refinance on....It looks like the refinance was the total loan and not the pay-off amount...I owe more now than the old loan....My old loan was 21%, My new loan is 12%. I also have a $67.49 credit on my old loan which I have called about several times....They tell me that I have received it......I have never received a check for this....They informed me that it would be a check and not credited to my checking account.... The $67.49 is still showing as a credit, which I told them on the phone...that if they indeed sent this check, why is it still showing a credit....I did not receive this check...

I have asked them to transfer this credit to my new loan, which has never been done....

I would appreciate any help you can give me.......+

Please let me know about the refinance..I do not think that the pay-off was used....I think the balance was used.....Which is interest on interest....
