Us Sprint is the worst company I have ever dealt with period.

My problems stated with them approximately one and a half years ago when I called 6 months later to ask where my $150 rebate was for the phone I bought from Best Buy. The guy said Best Buy didn't do the paperwork correctly almost immediately. Hmm..that was fast. So I'm not under contract then? No he replies. I said,"Don't worry about the rebate..I believe I'll think about this." I then called back a week later to cancel the service and the girl this says,"There will be a $150 cancellation charge, since you are under contract." How do you get "Yes renew my contract' from "No do not renew my contract"? The reply, "All I have here Sir is you renewed your contract." At this point I thought OK, now they're finally going to give me my rebate so I'll just take the money from that and send it back to them when I cancel. Bad idea.

About a month ago I got a text reminding me I was late on my bill which I was. I began the 4 hour ordeal trying to pay them and ended up gladly agreeing to give them now a $200 cancellation fee. I tried to pay by computer but at the last step they had added a requirement to enter your password again right before you pay so I entered the one I had just used to get there in the first place. Invalid password..well then what is it? I then braved they're electronic phone system and finally did get to the part..Would you like to pay using your checking or charge card with the information we have on file? YES! But they had added the requirement to enter the three digit code on the back. I didn't have it with me. Click.

Now the bad part, I knew I had to talk to a human so I did the phone thing again..set it to speaker and for 45 minutes heard that my call would be answered in the order it was received when finally my son who was sitting there picked up his Sprint phone and was talking to a human in less than 5 minutes while mine was still there playing me the recording. Obviously their system can tag your number if you've ever been a problem for them as I was back when they renewed my contract. So I quit.

Just got my bill for the $200 cancellation fee, it was over $300, it included the month after I quit for some reason so now I've got to call them again. I strongly recommend people avoid this company.
