Notice of breach of trust, inefficiency in service and cheating To, Hutchison Essar South Limited C-131, Mohali Industrial Area (Phase VIII) Mohali-160 071 INDIA Phone: 98880-98880 FAX: 98880-98888 Email: Email User This is regarding Mobile # 98885-50205, which was taken in my name, Bhupesh Sharma, Resident of House No. 205, Sector 7, Panchkula. I had been committed while giving this connection to provide me the better services as I am Airtel's Premium Customer. I have taken this coonection on 27th December 2006. I was given TALK 400 plan, in which I was told that 1200 mins free, 1000 Local SMS are free and after using 1200 mins Hutch to Hutch call rates are 10 paisa per min. My connection was firstly barred on 5th January due to high Credit Limit (which was assigned as 1300 whereas I was having 2900 Credit Limit) so when i talked with customer Care they told me deposit 500 rs to get the services instead of depositing 500 i deposited 1000 Rs. Again on 7th January my connection was again barred with same reason now i was told to deposit 600rs I deposited Rs 1500. Again on 12th January connection again barred, this time i deposited 500rs. Again on 14th January barring again, depoisted 500rs and asked to increase credit limit (Which was increased to 2000). But again on 20th January barring again, again deposited Rs 500 as billing cycle was to end on 20th of this month.
NOW, got the bill which was showing amount of 6167.09 payments made 4000, pending bill 2167.09. see the discrepancy of the bill, only 501 mins given free, no sms given free, and HUTCH to HUTCH Number charged at Re1 per min instead of 10 paisa. since 21st January, I am calling daily to Hutch customer care to get the problem solved but these people are not willing to listen and again my connection was barred due to high usage. When contacted with senior person named Ms. MANJU RANA, she says that she is CEO of HUTCH and cannot unbarr the connection due to non payment of bill (TOTAL FAULTY BILL). And due to all this, I am suffering a lot, IS THERE ANYONE IN HUTCH WHO CAN HELP ME OR SHOULD I MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT.
